A cooking retreat offered by our passionate chef, Tim, for an immersive and hands-on culinary holiday in South west France.

Instructive and informative experience, learning  the bountiful produce of the Périgord.
The home of the black truffles, foie gras and so much more!
In fact it is often said that although France has wonderful produce throughout, it is in Périgord where you will find the masterpieces.

The workshop will run for 5 days (Arriving on Monday – Departing on Friday) with 2 tuition focusing on famous Périgord produce and cooking together as if you’re spending time with friends or family. We will also go on farm excursions, our local producers are proud to present you their beloved craft.
We promise a very relaxed, fun and knowledgeable experience to be had.

We aim to create a menu that you can easily reproduce in the comforts of your own home kitchen as well as to delight taste buds.
We’ll be dining on Périgord cuisine accompanied by great tasting local wine.
