A fully air-conditioned gîte apartment located on the ground floor of the old walnut mill of Domaine de La Barde.
You will enter directly into the open plan fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living room.
Separate double bedroom with a king-size bed of 160 cm x 200 cm and its own en-suite private bathroom with a corner shower.
You also have your own private terrace with table, chairs and parasol to enjoy a meal outside and take advantage of the gorgeous weather.
You are free to roam the estate grounds and rest on the benches installed in the 2 hectare managed gardens with the stream of La Douch running through it and another 2 hectare wild meadow field to discover.
The swimming pool is shared with all guests, equipped with parasols and sunbeds. You are also free to use the tennis court found in the grounds near the pool. And a laundry room will be available, free for your use during your stay.
Crisp and comfy bed linens are provided and the bed will be completely made up upon your arrival.
Soft bath towels, pool towels, bathrobes, blow dryer, complimentary toiletries, and a starting supply of toilet tissue rolls.
There will be a starting supply in the kitchen and a complimentary welcome basket as a gift on your arrival!
