French Christmas culinary retreat.
 Designed for you to learn and perfect a traditional french Christmas menu.

From foie gras to scallops, roast goose to chestnuts, together we will prepare and cook a traditional 5-course menu using the finest of french & regional produce.

The course is 2 full days of cooking and 1 day of excursions.

All meals, cooking tools and ingredients, excursions are included.
Transport to and from Domaine de La Barde not included.
